Dawn Morris, RN, BSN
I continue to work on a surgical hospital floor, where I provide hands-on, high-acuity patient care and stay deeply connected to the clinical side of nursing. Being at the bedside keeps my skills sharp and my perspective grounded.
At the same time, I created my concierge service because I saw a gap in care and in support. Patients deserve time, attention, and advocacy beyond what the traditional system often allows. My concierge service enables me to offer that elevated, personalized level of care.
This service is not limited to patients and families. I also provide concierge support for fellow nurses and busy professionals who do not have the time or energy to manage everyday tasks. Services include car service, gas fill-ups, car washes, grocery shopping, coffee runs, errand coordination, and more.
As a nurse who understands both the clinical demands of the hospitals and the exhaustion that comes with it, I am committed to providing dependable, thoughtful support that follows others to focus on what matters most.
